Two Newest High-Rise Residential Developments Afoot In Nairobi
John Zeyun Yang, a Chinese investor officially started the innovational right high-rise apartment buildings in Ngara Estate, Nairobi on March 13, 2019, which is a joint venture with the national and county governments.
This 34-story block is planned to be containing 340 homes and be one of the tallest residential developments in the country's capital city.
It is scheduled to be completed in December 2021. The 2.3-hectare gated community will contain a bridge that will cross the Nairobi River and provide easy access. The Erdmann Property Limited by Yang has been operating in Kenya since 2003 and has constructed almost 4,00 homes and Warehouses throughout Nairobi and Mombasa.
The 88 Condominium Begin Construction.
This 88 Condominium is being constructed by an international real estate development company called Lordship Africa. It is located at the Upperhill District ,at the corner of Bishop's Road and 4th Mgongo Avenue.
This 44-storey building will include high-end residential apartments from studio units to luxury penthouses.The residential units will begin at flour number 8 and will feature generous covered terraces and balconies that are protected by transparent safety glass balustrades. The lower floor will have a restaurant, a parking area and a gym.
Rental spaces in the tower will be 12,000 square feet and an additional 16,000 square feet of luxurious gardens. This development targets a community of people working in the Upperhill District that includes medical institutes, legal firms, embassies,multi-national corporations and financial companion.
