Gakuyo Real Estate Company Issue Title Deeds to its Members after Closure in 2019

The Gakuyo Real Estate Company has commenced issuing of title deeds to its members, after closing down in 2019 following the order from the registrar of cooperatives for its closure.

Over 500 members who had invested in the company have received their title with the company saying it is fulfilling its pledge to its investors. Investors who had invested in this company had gone through a very painful experience after their investments had sunk into the private accounts of Rev Ngari, who is the CEO of Gakuyo Real Estate Company. Gakuyo Real Estate Company is a  land buying company that is fully registered in Kenya.

Investors express hope after acquiring important documents for a venture they thought would end up in smoke. The company has begun issuance of title deeds to buyers in Joska, Mai Mahiu, Munyu and Shuru as part of its pledge to its members. Gladys Mureithi, the company’s director says there would be issuing of another 400 title deeds for another coming week to its members in Konza.
