The opening ceremony will be held tomorrow 23rd September from 10.00 in the morning with the main guest yet to be revealed. The Homes Expo has made great strides towards providing brand exposure and access to the market to various real estate players while making a great variety of products, services and information accessible to the general public all in one place and has contributed heavily to the Big four Agenda of Affordable Housing.

The 4-day event will see thousands of people from different countries congregate for purposes of trading and sharing information.  Developers gracing the event will be offering goodies in form of low-cost housing units and other notable players like Dr. Mattress, Paris Land and Newmatic will be offering prizes to be won.

The expo which has improved the real estate economy over the years is now at its 15th year and as depicted in this year’s expo theme, “15 years of Expo Excellence” it has been nothing short of brilliance with over 200 exhibitors benefiting from it each year. The expo has also led to the improvement of the sector through the sharing and exchange and information with collection and interpretation of such data making products and services better than before.

The East Africa Portland Cement has been the platinum sponsor over the years while other companies have sponsored the event in different capacities.

For the public to participate, one needs to purchase the ticket for Ksh. 200 through the event’s website https://www.kenyahomesexpo.com/buy-ticket/ and the ticket will be emailed to the email address you will provide. The public will also have to adhere to the Covid-19 rules like wearing face masks for them to be allowed in the venue.
