Most developments don't consider children. They have no place for children to play and children end up playing in the parking lot or on corridors and balconies which is dangerous. Those who consider their children's safety first, they won't invest in a home unless they see a playground or something better.

At a time when health matters are taken seriously, having a gym or enough space that acts as a jogging track, is a must. The track must be a safe place since the residents may prefer to have their exercise early in the morning.

Depending on the location of the development, spaces for businesses need to be created. Shops, hospitals and restaurants are preferred in the developments. If the establishment is near a shopping mall or shopping stores and other social amenities, this may not be as important.
4. Baby Daycare and Elderly Homes
House helps or house managers can't be depended upon entirely. And some families prefer to do without them. For this reason, having a baby daycare inside the housing development will invite more people to invest in the houses.
5. Events Grounds
When it comes to celebrations, some people no longer go small on parties. From birthdays to baby showers to large ones like graduations and weddings most people will go for an outdoor setup. Hence having enough space for events within will make the establishment stand out.
6. Solar Hot Water Systems
Fluctuations of electricity in Kenya is a mystery that may not be solved any time soon. Providing alternative sources of power, will not only save the potential buyers of the costs but will also give your project an edge over the others. You can start by installing solar water systems which will reduce electricity costs since hot water showers consume a lot of electricity in homes.
