Whenever you want to learn about all the diverse investment opportunities that the real estate sector has to offer, the due diligence and intensive market research, properties available for rent, ongoing property projects, the legal documentation when buying property, the insights and insider tips on the real estate market together with all the guidance on the homeownership journey this property show brings it home on your television screen.

Airing hourly every Sunday as from 5pm on Kenya Television Network (KTN) for seven years now, the program has gained over five million viewership across Kenya and East Africa with both live stream and YouTube channel viewers.

The host of the property show, when interviewed by Jackson Niko of the Business daily, shares a fair part of her success story. From how she started First Avenue, a real estate firm up to when Property Television show came to life even when she totally had no media background.

One thing that stands out in the interview is that the show is hosted by a female figure who is deeply rooted in a business environment being a secretary of a bank, at the same time a hotel manager but she didn't settle and ventured into entrepreneurship which finally saw her onto the show on our screens.

Solely meant to fill the big gap in the real estate industry, on how one could get information on the property, the show comes also with a property gallery. A consulting firm for real estate which offers individual, private and international investors tailor-made solutions.

On top of it all, as one of the evolving property development and invested landscapes, the property show has a bimonthly signature bus tour that brings new exciting adventures exploring investment-worthy markets in Kenya's Capital city, Nairobi and other towns.

Onboard can be anyone trying to get onto the property ladder be it an investor or someone looking for a home. These tours are also recorded and later aired on the show.
