The camp offers an elegant retreat in the midst of natural beauty. There are 56 styled tents for accommodation.

Each of the tent is designed with thatched roofs, solid floors and just as the name suggests- canvas interiors. The tents are either; 

  • Standard wing tents

They are spacious tents that combine traditional ambience and the comfort of homes. They offer either a king bed or two twin beds and a cot on request.

  • Morani wing tents

These tent features 17 deluxe double, twin and triple tent one of which is especially adaptable by visitors and guests with mobility concerns.

Each in this category tent offers a pleasant view of Mount Kenya.

Each type of the tent avails various amenities among them free and speedy amenities, bathrooms with shower, safe, mosquito net, work desk and chair, coffee/ tea making station, a private balcony/a veranda, a hairdryer and a water closet (WC).

Dining

Whether an on-stay visit, a days visit or maybe an eventful afternoon visit to the facility, there is great delight to be at The Rhino Room which was once the manager’s house.

This restaurant offers delicious international cuisines and a modern bar- the water hole bar- with a fire place offering a perfect relaxation with friends and family.

It is also fitted with a floor to ceiling windows availing a view to the conservancy’s water hole. The restaurant serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Meetings and conferences

The facility offers adequate space for meetings and cooperate retreats. The facility avails a tent that is located within the landscaped gardens just opposite the pool.

The tent features modern audiovisual facilities and highspeed internet. The facility also offers spacious gardens for weddings.

Activities

The facility offers more services and activities to the visitors which includes game drives, lion tracking, bird walk along the river, bush meals, camel rides, bush walk and a visit to the rhino information center.
