There are so many activities to partake on an island like Mauritius and it's very rare for one to get bored. So, what is special about Mauritius? 

Warm climate

Its warm climate guarantees sunshine all year round. It has two seasons, summer between October and April and winter during the remaining months. During the winter, it is still hot and in the summer it's hotter. The months of October and May are known as transition months. The summer temperatures mean is 24.7 degrees celsius and the winter mean is 20.4 degrees celsius. Its temperature difference between the seasons is only 4.3. degree celsius.

Mauritius receives 6.5 hours of bright sunshine daily. In the summer months, around 6.0 hours of bright sunshine is received over the highlands while the coast regions receive over 8 hours of bright sunshine. In the winter months, the central plateau receives almost 5 hours of bright sunshine while the coast receives about 7 hours of bright sunshine.it is indeed an ideal climate

It's many Beaches

Mauritius has lots of beautiful beaches with white sand or golden colour that are surrounded by coconut and palm trees where you can relax and enjoy. People do have different expectations of their choice of beaches, others want a quiet peaceful place while others want loud, wild and sporty places and so your choice of the beach is important. There are beaches for kite and windsurfing, for viewing sunsets, for rest and recreation, for snorkeling, and so forth. The beaches found in the North,South and some in the West are perfect for surf or jet ski while the ones in the East and some in the West are for relaxing and snorkeling.

 Beautiful Mother Nature.

It has a tropical climate, waterfalls, watersports  and forest stations. It has Mauritian lagoons that are rich in aquatic life with almost four thousand species of fish and shellfish. These Lagoons are large and have been created by the coral reefs. They are filled with fine white sand and are crystal clear white thus providing calm water conditions ideal for swimming, bathing and enjoying the sea and sun. There are also lots of birds species  of about 15 in an app called the African Bird Club App

The Amazing Dolphins

These marine mammals are incredible and you can watch them and even swim alongside them in their natural environment unlike those in aquariums. They are fantastic creatures and are trained to interact with humans and one can even get close to them. There are two types the Bottlenose and spinner dolphins, the Bottlenose is grey in colour while the spinner dolphins are dark grey in colour. They are mostly found near Tamarin Bay. Lovers of dolphins who are there, Caro and Dino who offer swimming packages.

Water Sports.

This helps in calming the adventure and are the best experiences one can't afford to miss out on. These sports include parasailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, sea hover, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling and underwater sea walk. All these are worth enjoying.
