Lloyd Masika Limited is located at the Arch Place Off Denis Pritt road and offers services for commercial spaces, Mixed-Use Developments and residential units in valuation, management, agency and consultation.
Two names bear the brand of the firm. As many tend to think that the name belongs to one individual, actually the brand name carries the names of the brains behind Lloyd Masika Limited; John Lloyd and David Masika.

It was when working at Tysons Limited formerly known as Tysons Habenga a well-known and established real estate agency in Kenya that John Lloyd and David Masika met. The firm was started in 1923 by George Tyson. Tysons Limited changed to Tysons Habenga after the merger with Habenga Corporation. However, in 1985, Habenga left the firm to venture into politics and the name reverted to Tysons Limited.
John Lloyd joined Tysons Habenga in 1969, after five years of working as a valuer at the department of lands in 1964. He is a registered and licensed valuer, estate agent and chartered surveyor. David Masika a graduate of Land Economics from the University of Nairobi, a registered and licensed valuer and estate agent, later joined in 1974. They both left in 1979 having served as directors at Tysons Habenga to form Lloyd Masika Limited which is still in operation more than 40 years later.
John Lloyd retired in 1995 but he still serves as a consultant for the firm with David Masika as the current chairman who has also served in various managerial capacities for other businesses and the government. David Masika is the current chairman of Cheshire Disability Services Kenya (CDSK) a charitable organization that supports persons with disabilities.
The firm has divided its services into three departments; valuation and consultancy, management, and agency which handles letting and sales.
